Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification and a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales, or other circumstances that lead to a high volume of orders. In this case, you will be notified.
After your order is processed, the United States Post Office will be responsible for delivering it to you. This process can take another 3 to 7 days depending on the service you chose.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping in the United States for orders $50 and above (excluding tax and shipping).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Frolic Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@froliccreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What to do if I don't receive my package?
First, check your order status by logging into your Frolic Creations account, or by using the tracking number we provided. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become available.
If your order shows as "In Transit", and has stayed in that status for over 10 days, there is a chance your order has been lost. Please contact us at support@froliccreations.com. We will help you locate your package and if necessary, send a replacement.
If your order shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please allow 24 hours as sometimes the package is scanned before it actually arrives. Please look around your house, porch, garage, or any location that is safe from weather hazards. Also, check with your neighbors in case the package was left at the wrong door. We apologize but we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that show "Delivered". You will have to contact your local USPS or UPS for inquiries about your package. If you suspect mail thief, please contact your local authority. If you need more help finding your package, feel free to contact us at support@froliccreations.com
For international orders, unfortunately, our service is limited to the United States only. If the package has left the United States safely, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office and customs for more help. We would like to help more in this situation but it is out of our power.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@froliccreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
