  • How to take care of my soap?

Taking care of bar soaps is pretty simple. Simply keep them in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. It's best to give them a home with good drainage like a soap dish with holes.

Jelly soaps are more complicated. The rules of bar soaps still apply but the nature of jelly soaps is more fragile. Avoid soap dish with grates for they can cut through the soap. There is no need to store them in the refrigerator, although, you can for a cooling sensation in the shower. Handle them with care and don't squeeze them too hard (I know, they're very hard to resist). Unfortunately the soap will eventually fall apart after many uses. In that case, you can save the parts and hold them under running water to make bubble bath. This is the perfect plastic-free alternative for liquid bubble bath.

All soaps have the shelf life of 1 year.

  • How to safely use my candle?

- Remove any accessories from the candle like ribbons, stickers...

- Burn in a deep dish to catch melting wax

- Never leave a burning candle alone

- Burn on a stable, heat resistance surface, away from any other flammable materials

- Trim the wick to 1/4" or 5mm regularly

- Keep out of reach of children and pets

- Keep away from draft

- Do not remove candle when burning or when the wax is hot

  • Are the soaps vegan?

Yes, they are! Our jelly soaps are made with carrageenan (seaweed extract) instead of gelatin like you commonly see. The hard soaps also don't contain any animal product. Please refer to each product's ingredient list for more information.

  •  Can I leave a gift message?

Yes, you can. We provide free postcard with every order and your gift message will be written there. Simply let us know your request in the "Special instructions for seller" box, located in your shopping cart. You may leave other special instructions here as well. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will let you know. Please also consider our gift wrap service to elevate your presents.

  •   Can I customize my soap?

Unfortunately, we don't offer customization for single item at the moment. Our items are made in batches using mold. If you'd like to order a large amount, we can discuss customization via hello@froliccreations.com.
